Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior QA Analyst (Drug Rebate) to lead quality strategies for Medicaid Drug Rebate solutions. You will guide testing, document QA processes, and liaise with internal teams and state clients to ensure compliance and product excellence.

In this remote role (Contiguous US), you will develop test plans, monitor defect metrics, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with Pharmacy, Claims, and IT teams to drive process improvements and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Three+ years applying QA principles to Medicaid Drug Rebate processes.
• Four+ years of experience with Medicaid Drug Rebate systems.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities for design, testing, and defect resolution.
• Proficient with MS Office; SQL/Oracle data experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality strategies for the Medicaid Drug Rebate solution.
• Coordinate testing and implementation with state clients and internal teams.
• Create and maintain QA documentation and quality metrics.
• Evaluate work products and present defect analyses to management.
• Gather defect data and report findings; participate in process improvements.
• Collaborate across Pharmacy, IT, and operations groups on QA initiatives.
