Job summary

Conduent is hiring a Remote - Call Center Customer Service Representative for Medicaid Member Support in Iowa. The role handles inquiries from Iowa Medicaid recipients, providing one-to-one phone support and enrolling applicants via a web system. Training and full benefits are provided; the position is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Applicants must reside within 1 hour of Des Moines, IA. The pay rate is $18.00 per hour, with health, dental, and vision benefits available from day one

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Background check required as part of the application.
• Basic understanding of a high-volume call center environment.
• Ability to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday.
• Must reside within 1 hour driving distance from Des Moines, IA.

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact for Iowa Medicaid recipients and affiliates.
• Provide one-to-one telephone support to applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees.
• Accurately document enrollment requests and status changes.
• Enter enrollment information into a web-based system by phone.
• Maintain policy proficiency and provide accurate program information.
