Job summary

FairPlay Sports Media is seeking a seasoned Partnerships Leader to own and scale a flagship media partnership, driving growth across digital assets and editorial opportunities. This remote role requires residing in the New York/New Jersey area with occasional travel to the partner's NYC office.

You will own the partner P&L, drive performance, and collaborate with senior executives to maximize revenue through cross-functional alignment and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital partnerships, digital media management, account management, or performance marketing within fast-paced digital environments.
• Deep expertise in performance marketing and affiliate revenue models.
• Demonstrated track record of owning a partner P&L and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
• Familiarity with iGaming space, sportsbooks, betting-centric traffic, and/or predictive markets.
• Prior experience with digital news properties or news media networks is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the flagship media partnership day-to-day, focusing on performance, relationship health, and long-term success.
• Manage joint business plans, SLAs, and P&L performance; sell in new assets and growth strategies.
• Build and nurture executive relationships with internal and partner stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Media Sales, Affiliate Marketing, SEO, Product, Engineering, and Finance to align efforts.
• Translate commercial needs into actionable product inputs and oversee governance like reviews and SLA adherence.
