Job summary

FairPlay Sports Media is seeking a Strategic Partnership Account Manager to own and scale a flagship media partnership, with responsibility for performance, revenue growth, and executive liaison. The role requires strategic thinking to drive joint business plans and commercial expansion.

The position is remote with NY/NJ residency requirements, occasional travel to the partner's NYC office, and a competitive compensation package including a 30% incentive bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital partnerships or performance marketing.
• Experience owning P&L and driving growth.
• Familiarity with iGaming, sportsbooks, or predictive markets.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the flagship media partnership's performance and relationship health.
• Manage joint business plans, SLAs, and P&L to maximize revenue.
• Sell new assets and expansion opportunities to the partner.
• Liaise with internal teams: Media Sales, Affiliate Marketing, SEO, Product, Engineering, Finance.
• Lead weekly syncs, monthly updates, and quarterly business reviews.
