Job summary

The Rise Collective is a fully remote marketing agency looking for a Media Buyer to own paid media for multiple brands. You will manage Meta and Google campaigns, track performance, and drive revenue-focused optimization from a distributed team across the globe.

You will write ads, maintain tracking accuracy, and report findings to clients and leadership. Expect daily collaboration, 9am–5pm PST, and full-time commitment with performance-based bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing multiple ad accounts, agency preferred.
• Deep experience with Meta Ads; hands-on.
• Solid Google Ads knowledge (Search + Performance Max).
• Proficient tracking setup and attribution debugging.
• Ability to write effective ad copy.
• Comfortable analyzing data and numbers.
• Familiar with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel, HubSpot).
• Strong client-facing communication.
• Comfort with AI-enabled workflows.
• Sole full-time commitment.

Responsibilities

• Run ads: build, launch, manage campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Own audiences, offers, testing, pacing, and budget decisions.
• Decide what to scale or pause without constant approvals.
• Monitor launches through the first 72 hours.
• Write ads: craft copy, hooks, angles; test against data.
• Guide creative with performance feedback; not the creative lead.
• Own tracking: set up pixels, events, UTM; reconcile data.
• Connect platforms to CRMs (GoHighLevel/Scale CRM, HubSpot).
• Report weekly/monthly with clear recommendations.
• Speak client language, translate performance into revenue impact.
• Self-QA: ensure correctness before reporting; document processes.
