Uproot Clean is hiring a Paid Media Buyer to own the technical execution and day-to-day optimization of campaigns across Meta, Google, AppLovin, NewsBreak, Pinterest, Taboola/Outbrain, and more. This fully remote role sits inside our performance marketing stack and works with creative teams to scale profitable direct-response campaigns.

You should have 3+ years of scaled paid media experience, strong Meta and Google capabilities, and a track record of turning data into action.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years buying paid media at meaningful scale with Meta and Google as foundations.
• Proven ability to scale DTC/ecommerce brands through paid acquisition.
• Strong analytical skills in Sheets/Excel and data tooling.

• Run weekly optimizations across all platforms, scaling high performers.
• Maintain a weekly creative testing cadence with clear hypotheses.
• Monitor pacing and adjust spend to meet KPI targets.
• Lead routine reporting with insights and next steps.
