Job summary

Fidelity Protective Services, LLC is seeking a results-driven Remote Media Buyer to lead, scale, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This 100% remote role requires strong analytical skills, data-driven decision making, and the ability to drive ROAS while maintaining profitability.

You will manage budgets, develop targeting strategies, and collaborate with creatives to test and optimize ad performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience managing paid media campaigns with ROAS/CPA success.
• Direct experience managing ad budgets per month (stated in ad text as a budget range).

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic.
• Develop audience targeting strategies and bidding models aligned with CPA, CPL, ROAS, and LTV goals.
• Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create high-converting ad creative assets and messaging.
• Conduct continuous A/B testing on creatives, headlines, landing pages, audiences, and formats.
• Analyze performance daily/weekly/monthly and optimize bids, placements, audiences, and creatives.
