Job summary

Dr. Jen Oral Care is seeking a media buyer to own our advertising campaigns across Google and Meta, with responsibilities to test audiences, messaging angles, and campaign approaches.

This fully remote role requires significant overlap with the US team, especially during the initial 2–4 weeks of training, with daily communication afterward. You will optimize spend across acquisition, retargeting, branded and non-branded activity, and work closely with our creative hire to turn insights into

Qualifications

• Hands on experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google and Meta.
• Strong understanding of campaign testing and performance measurement.
• Ability to develop angles that speak to customer motivations, not only product features.
• Willingness to keep learning as platforms change.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google and Meta
• Help launch TikTok advertising
• Test new audiences, messaging angles and campaign approaches
• Monitor performance and adjust spend across acquisition, retargeting, branded and non branded activity
• Report to COO and collaborate on what to test next
• Full-time remote role with overlap with US team during training (2–4 weeks) and daily communication thereafter
