TopGrowthMarketing seeks a Meta Media Buyer to join our Los Angeles-based team. The role focuses on running Facebook and Instagram paid campaigns, with strong client communication and data-driven optimization.

This full-time, fully remote position pays hourly with two annual bonuses. You will manage social ad accounts, collaborate with copy and design teams, and deliver performance insights to drive client success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of PAID Facebook advertising experience. (Blueprint Certified Preferred).
• 2+ years of experience managing clients/accounts. (Any industry)
• Knowledge of Google Analytics.
• Strong, professional verbal communication.
• Excellent writing and creative content skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Exceptional time management skills, including handling multiple projects.
• Innovative thinker and collaborative team player.
• Understanding pixel and tracking setup.

Responsibilities

• Manage social ad accounts
• Be proactive about finding new strategies and tactics to help clients achieve their goals.
• Manage communication with client (emails, calls etc)
• Deliver insights to copy and creative team to improve ads
• Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests.
• Develop marketing strategies and marketing plans to support and achieve the client’s business objectives.
• Prepare reports and present results to clients and management.
