The Rise Collective is seeking a hands-on Senior Digital Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple Rise Collective brands, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads and Meta Ads, especially Google Search. You will handle day-to-day account management, monitor performance, manage budgets, and drive toward measurable business outcomes such as revenue and qualified leads.

Collaboration with Marketing leadership and other stakeholders is essential to align campaigns

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of hands-on media buying experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, particularly Google Search.
• Experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience building, launching, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns.
• Strong understanding of paid search and keyword optimization.
• Experience using Google Analytics 4 and conversion tracking.

Responsabilités

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple brands, with emphasis on Google Search.
• Build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google and Meta.
• Monitor budgets, pacing, and KPIs; adjust bids and budgets based on performance.
• Identify underperforming keywords and ads; test opportunities to improve performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing Managers to translate business objectives into paid media activity.
• Ensure tracking is accurate with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
