Job summary

OpenKrill is expanding its remote Media Buyer & Creative Strategist team to serve North American home-service clients. You will own Meta and Google Ads campaigns, craft testing frameworks, and drive lead generation while collaborating with video editors, designers, and copywriters.

Ideal candidates have hands-on paid advertising experience, structured testing discipline, and a track record of improving CPL, conversion rates, and ROAS across multiple client accounts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on management of Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Development and execution of structured creative testing strategies.
• Experience managing multiple client advertising accounts simultaneously.
• Ability to monitor CPL, conversions, ROAS and lead quality.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns for HVAC, plumbing, and other home-service clients.
• Oversee budgets, audiences, and performance across client accounts.
• Run structured creative tests and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Provide clear creative briefs and actionable feedback to designers and copywriters.
• Communicate performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
