Job summary

OpenKrill is hiring a hands-on Digital Ad Manager to lead paid advertising across Meta and Google. You will craft strategies, schedule campaigns, manage budgets and analyze results to drive eCommerce sales and improve ROAS. Collaboration with design and marketing will align campaigns with product launches and seasonal promos.

The role focuses on testing creative, audiences and landing pages, while maintaining rigorous tracking and reporting to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing paid campaigns for e-commerce.
• Proven record of improving ROAS or CPA.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4.
• Experience with conversion tracking and audience segmentation.
• Excellent data and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop paid media strategies for Meta and Google aligned to launches, promotions and sales dates.
• Set up, launch and schedule campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Monitor performance, run A/B tests and reallocate budgets as needed.
• Produce weekly performance reports and insights for leadership.
