Job summary

Openkrill is seeking a Senior Media Buyer, Account Manager to own paid media strategy and execution for a portfolio of client accounts. The role manages budgets across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, CTV, and programmatic channels, with monthly budgets from $5k to $80k+, and requires availability for U.S.

business hours while working remotely. The position emphasizes strategy over creative work, client-facing as needed, and collaboration with designers and an Executive Creative Director.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Must have personally managed at least one account with $50K+ in advertising spend.
• Direct experience buying and managing CTV advertising.
• Experience with programmatic advertising and DSP platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Experience managing budgets, pacing, optimization, and reconciliation.
• Agency experience managing multiple client accounts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy, campaign setup, execution, optimization, and ongoing performance across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, CTV, and programmatic advertising/DSPs.
• Develop channel strategies based on each client’s objectives, audience, budget, and expected campaign outcomes.
• Build campaigns, including targeting, platform setup, budget allocation, bidding strategy, and ongoing optimization.
• Determine how and when different paid media channels should be used based on client objectives.
• Adjust the channel mix based on campaign performance and opportunities.
• Personally manage and optimize significant paid media budgets across multiple client accounts.
• Monitor budget pacing to ensure campaigns align with contracted budgets.
• Own budget reconciliation and ensure spend aligns with plans.
• Continuously analyze campaign performance and reallocate spend based on results.
