Job summary

Openkrill is seeking a Creative Strategist to own creative and data-analysis outcomes across client accounts, with a strong emphasis on writing, analytics, and measurable performance. You will develop and test high-converting concepts, translate data into creative pivots, and mentor junior team members.

The role requires exceptional English writing, a background in performance-driven creative for paid social, and the ability to collaborate across fast-moving, data-driven environments.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken English (required).
• Experience developing performance-driven creative for paid social or digital channels.
• Strong ability to interpret performance data and guide creative direction.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally in fast-moving, data-creative environments.
• Portfolio or examples of creative thinking, copy, or performance work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own creative strategy across multiple paid social accounts; from insight and hypothesis through execution and iteration.
• Run performance-led research; analyze ad platform data, creative performance signals, and competitor patterns to inform strategy.
• Develop and test high-converting creative concepts grounded in consumer insight, platform mechanics, and historical performance.
• Build clear creative hypotheses, testing frameworks, and messaging systems; not one-off ideas.
• Write and guide performance copy that is structured, intentional, and measurable.
• Partner closely with design, editing, and media buying to ensure creative is built for testing, scale, and learning.
• Translate quantitative performance data and qualitative feedback into concrete creative decisions and pivots.
• Mentor junior creatives; sharpening their strategic thinking, analytical instincts, and execution quality.
• Present creative strategy and performance rationale to clients with clarity, logic, and confidence.
• Stay current on platform changes, creative formats, and performance trends that materially impact results.
