Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking a Junior Creative Marketing Manager to join our global marketing team. You’ll create and test creatives across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, DSP, and Google, collaborating with designers and the User Acquisition team to drive measurable results.

You’ll analyze competitor and user behavior data, translate insights into compelling content, and help optimize campaigns with GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, and Tableau. Remote-friendly with flexible scheduling for international markets.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Ability to work with analytics to optimize KPIs.
• English at least B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Produce creatives for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, DSP, and Google.
• Collaborate with designers to tailor visuals and copy per platform.
• Develop and brainstorm creative concepts from ideation to execution.
• Analyze competitors and market insights to inspire creative work.
• Research user behavior and funnel factors to improve performance.
• Coordinate with user acquisition and analytics to report results.
• Manage production backlog and plan creative launches.
