The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of customer service experience. A home internet connection meeting speed requirements is essential, along with proficiency in CRM tools and help desk software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Home internet meeting the minimum speed requirements (60 Mbps download / 6 Mbps upload).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound Medi-Cal member calls and occasional outbound calls.
• Assist members with program inquiries and route to appropriate resource.
• Meet performance metrics for attendance, adherence, accuracy, and quality.
• Cross-train to handle provider calls as skills develop.
