Qualifications

• 4+ years in business or systems analysis, data/finance ops.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements across stakeholders.
• Experience creating data dictionaries, source-to-target mapping, data lineage.
• Experience documenting current-state and future-state workflows.
• Experience testing, UAT, defect tracking, and sign-off activities.
• Experience analyzing data to support decision-making.
• Experience supporting project delivery and prioritization.
• Proven knowledge of MS Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.
• Advanced Excel skills: formulas, lookups, pivots, and formatting.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, reporting, and system requirements.
• Serve as liaison between finance, accounting, actuarial, technology, operations, and reporting teams.
• Analyze medical expense data workflows from intake to downstream reporting.
• Translate business needs into requirements, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Perform data analysis, root cause analysis, and impact assessments.
• Support system enhancements, data integrations, and reporting updates.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation including requirements and controls.
• Coordinate prioritization, timelines, data quality, and business readiness.
• Identify process improvements to drive standardization and operational excellence.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support audit readiness and compliance activities.
• Respond to service issues and escalate risks as needed.
