Job summary

OptumCare is offering a remote opportunity for a Business Analyst to translate business requirements into technical software specifications across large projects. Travel up to 10% and potential to work from anywhere in the United States, with some in-office requirements in specific areas.

Responsibilities include analyzing processes, facilitating stakeholder communication, and developing test plans to ensure solutions meet requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing technical requirements for software implementations.
• Experience in technical writing and/or software documentation.
• Experience as liaison between IT professionals and operational stakeholders.
• Foundation understanding of data flow across enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify improvements and alternatives.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, translating business needs and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with product areas and feature teams to develop and implement solutions.
• Document functional requirements and collaborate with architects/engineering on non-functional requirements.
• Develop functional end-to-end test plans for epics/workstreams to validate delivery.
• Write and maintain documentation describing development, logic, testing, and changes.
