Job summary

Vero Networks is seeking an entry-/mid-level Business & MDU Project Coordinator to support SMB, enterprise, ICB, and MDU projects from intake through closeout. You will learn our products and processes while establishing documentation, reporting, and project controls and will assist with related Business Operations when workload allows.

The role emphasizes strong communication with Sales, Field Services, and customers, plus proactive issue identification and handoff to account owners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or IT preferred.
• Entry-level or early-career candidates are appropriate; no prior project management experience required.
• Experience in customer service, operations, scheduling, order management, or administrative coordination is helpful but not required.
• Demonstrated initiative, reliability, organization, and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Review signed business orders, MDUs, and approved handoffs to confirm scope, contacts, site, billing, target dates, and approvals.
• Scale coordination to project complexity with milestones and dependency tracking for complex projects.
• Confirm technical requirements, serviceability, and site readiness including access and equipment needs.
• Coordinate work across Sales, Field Services, Customer Support, Billing, Engineering, Scheduling, and external vendors.
• Track site surveys, design needs, construction and dependencies through completion by property and unit.
• Identify incomplete information, aging tasks, unclear ownership, and delay risk; follow up or escalate as needed.
• Ensure completed work is tested, documented, and ready for correct billing; deliver a clear handoff to the internal owner.
