Job summary

Rytech Restoration, part of Fortify Companies, is seeking a detail‑oriented MDS Estimator for a remote, full‑time role. You will write estimates in Xactimate and Cotality/Symbility, track assignments, and keep stakeholders informed from start to finish.

The position requires at least 1 year estimating experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple software systems. Weekly hours run Thursday through Monday EST.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year estimating experience in Cotality or Symbility.
• Xactimate estimating experience required.

Responsibilities

• Track mitigation assignments from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate assignment records.
• Communicate claim updates to customers by phone and data entry.
• Coordinate with Franchise Owners, Operations Managers, Technicians and insurers.
• Report daily activity to Team Lead.
• Write Mitigation, Fire, Contents, and Rebuild estimates using Xactimate and Cotality/Symbility.
• Support team with additional duties as needed.
