Job summary

DRYmedic® Restoration Services is seeking a Reconstruction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of producing accurate estimates in Xactimate for restoration projects.

The role involves creating and auditing estimates, writing scopes, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in recon construction and/or mitigation such as water and fire; Mold is a plus.
• 2+ years' experience in Xactimate.
• IICRC certified.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Full-time, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Create estimates in Xactimate.
• Perform and revise audits per insurance guidelines.
• Write scopes and manage within schedule/budget in Xactimate.
• Manage and organize documentation.
• Build and comply with Dash software to create Xactimate estimates.
• Communicate with adjusters to finalize agreements on estimates.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/partners for project execution.
