Job summary

Rytech Restoration is seeking an MDS Estimator to manage Mitigation, Fire, Contents, and Rebuild estimates from start to finish. You’ll write estimates in Xactimate and Cotality/Symbility, coordinating with Franchise Owners, Operations Managers, Technicians, and insurers to keep everyone aligned while handling a mix of assignments remotely.

This is a remote, full-time role for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with many stakeholders daily.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year estimating experience in Cotality (CoreLogic) or Symbility.
• Xactimate estimating experience required.
• Comfortable using multiple software systems in a data-entry heavy role.

Responsibilities

• Track mitigation assignments from start to finish.
• Review and maintain assignment records for accuracy.
• Communicate claim updates to Rytech customers by phone and data entry.
• Coordinate with Franchise Owners, Operations Managers, Technicians, and insurers to ensure excellent service.
• Track and report daily activity to the Team Lead.
• Write detailed estimates (Mitigation, Fire, Contents, Rebuild) using Xactimate and Cotality/Symbility.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by the Team Lead.
