Job summary

Confidant Recruiting, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive for a well-established direct lender. You will take MCA applications and approvals and convert them into funded deals with no cold calling, focusing on presenting offers and closing deals remotely.

This fully remote role offers uncapped commissions, strong baseline pay, health insurance, 401(k) with company match, flexible PTO, and company equipment to support success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years closing MCA or revenue-based financing deals.
• Proven top producer with quotas/President’s Club.
• Ability to manage a high volume of deals remotely.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review submitted MCA applications and approvals from the processing team.
• Present offers and funding options to business owners, explaining terms clearly so each deal funds.
• Negotiate structure and handle objections on pricing, term, payment and position.
• Work with underwriting, funding and legal to clear stips and close quickly.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of approvals with disciplined follow-up.
