Job summary

The Modern Classrooms Project is seeking an Educator Support Manager, Math to train educators in our mastery-based instructional model and mentor them through implementation. You will support about 100 educators in your portfolio using HQIM-aligned resources to help them adopt our approach.

This full-time, remote role in the USA EST time zone allows up to 50% travel. Candidates should have strong training experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a

Responsibilities

• Train educators in math using MCP curriculum solutions.
• Mentor educators to implement the MCP instructional model.
• Lead on-site and virtual math training sessions.
• Coordinate workshops and professional learning events.
• Respond to educator inquiries and provide feedback.
• Observe practice and maintain educator relationships.
• Complete administrative tasks and special projects.
