Modern Classrooms Project is seeking an Educator Support Manager, Math, to train educators in our mastery-based instructional approach and mentor them through implementation. You will work with a portfolio of educators, using HQIM-aligned resources to enable effective practice and student-centered classrooms.

The role includes on-site and virtual math training, coaching calls, workshops, and ongoing communication to support educators and foster strong partnerships across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience training educators in professional learning programs.
• Ability to provide concrete, actionable feedback to teachers.
• Strong communication across multiple formats (presentations, writing, 1:1).
• Proven relationship-building and collaborative skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead math training on-site and virtually for math educators.
• Mentor ~100 educators in assigned portfolio using HQIM-aligned resources.
• Coordinate and facilitate workshops, events, and professional learning.
• Conduct information sessions and respond to educator inquiries.
• Observe practice and provide feedback to strengthen instructional impact.
