Job summary

The Modern Classrooms Project is seeking an Educator Support Manager to train educators in our self-paced, mastery-based instructional model and mentor implementation. This remote, full-time role supports approximately 100 educators within an assigned portfolio and uses HQIM-aligned resources to help teachers implement MCP's instructional approach.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in education, strong training experience, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or teaching.
• Experience training educators in professional learning.
• Experience supporting educators with actionable feedback.
• Strong communication across public speaking, presentations, writing, and 1:1 interactions.
• Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
• Organizational skills with high-volume task management.
• Data-driven decision making and startup adaptability.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (Asana, Slack, Google Workspace).

Responsibilities

• Deliver math training to math educators (on-site and virtual).
• Outreach to educators and regular coaching calls.
• Coordinate and facilitate workshops and professional learning events.
• Respond to educator inquiries and conduct information sessions.
• Observe practice, provide feedback, and steward relationships.
• Complete administrative tasks and special projects.
