Job summary

Modern Classrooms Project seeks a Math Curriculum Development Manager to design, create, and improve classroom-ready materials that meet diverse learners’ needs. You will shape math education across partner districts, translating standards into teacher-friendly resources and guiding content with a focus on mastery-based instruction.

You’ll work within the Content Production team, reporting to the Director of Customized Curriculum Solutions, and you’ll draft materials using AI while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 6-12 teaching experience.
• Experience teaching secondary math and familiarity with math standards.
• Experience developing curriculum materials or resources.
• Ability to draft and review AI-generated content for accuracy and alignment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Comfort with remote/start-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Adapt existing math curricula to MCP model.
• Support standards work for state math standards.
• Provide feedback on curriculum resources with attention to detail.
• Distribute curricular resources across platforms (Google Drive).
• Draft materials with AI tools and ensure alignment with standards.
• Collaborate with Success, Partnership, and Research teams.
• Manage additional math-related projects as needed.
