Job summary

Total Industries is seeking a Sales & Service Solutions Consultant to drive growth in the Northern California territory. You will manage customer relationships, develop proposals, coordinate equipment demonstrations, and sell maintenance and service solutions across the portfolio.

You will work with internal teams to deliver tailored, end-to-end solutions, while achieving sales targets and expanding market share in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience is required.
• 2+ years in material handling, industrial equipment, service sales, or B2B sales.
• 3+ years of cold-calling, prospecting, and territory development experience.
• 3+ years of CRM experience with demonstrated pipeline management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory.
• Source and provide material handling equipment, service programs, rentals, and training.
• Conduct customer needs assessments and present tailored solutions.
• Develop proposals, quotations, demonstrations, and recommendations.
• Sell maintenance agreements, service programs, rentals, and operator training.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions across product portfolio.
• Achieve annual sales, gross profit, and territory growth objectives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast activities.
