Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Vehicle Solutions Consultant to drive growth in the Northern California region. You will collaborate with the sales manager and technical consultants to deliver end-to-end consultation across the Vehicle Weighing Ecosystem, including service contracts and product suites.

You will travel up to 50% and work on expanding key accounts, building engagement plans, and improving CRM data quality to support territory growth.

Qualifications

• Engineering education preferred; experience in industrial sales is a plus.
• Organized with strong planning and event execution skills.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems, SAP preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Meet annual targets by working with the sales manager on accounts.
• Travel across the Northern California territory to call on customers.
• Develop engagement plans to grow market share and territories.
• Manage key accounts using account management techniques.
• Contribute to pipeline reviews and territory planning.
• Improve data quality in the CRM and data systems.
