Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Master Data Governance Lead to translate enterprise data strategies into practical standards and roadmaps. You will lead governance across multiple data domains, align with IT and SAP teams, and drive data quality initiatives across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in Master Data Management, governance, ERP-enabled processes, or related areas.
• Experience leading cross-functional governance initiatives and change management.

Responsibilities

• Translate Master Data strategies into standards, procedures, and roadmaps.
• Lead governance across multiple data domains (customer, vendor, material, financial).
• Collaborate with IT and SAP teams on configurations, testing, and releases.
• Develop data quality metrics, dashboards, and remediation processes.
• Ensure compliance with security, controls, and audit requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of data governance workflows.
