Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Director of Commercial Data Management & Governance for a fully remote role in the United States. You will establish a governance framework, define data ownership, and partner with IT, Legal, Compliance, and data vendors to ensure trusted commercial data across CRM, analytics, and reporting.

You will lead a cross-functional governance council, set standards for data quality, privacy, and lineage, and advise senior leaders on complex data challenges shaping product launches

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in data governance or related fields.
• Experience in life sciences, pharma, or related domains.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the commercial data governance framework and operating model.
• Define data ownership, glossary, stewardship, and RACI across functions.
• Prioritize governance initiatives by business value and product launches.
• Own commercial data across CRM, data warehouse, analytics, and reporting.
• Translate business needs into data requirements and oversee IT integration.
• Establish quality controls, validation, and change-management for data.
