Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a seasoned MDM Functional Lead to configure, test, and support SAP master data solutions across Material, Customer, Vendor, and Finance domains, enabling governance and enterprise transformation. You will translate architecture and governance standards into sustainable SAP configurations and work with SAP teams to align with S/4HANA roadmaps.

This is a remote, US-based senior role with up to 25% travel for workshops and go-lives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP functional experience, including master data.
• Experience with one or more enterprise master data domains such as Material, Business Partner, Customer, or Finance.
• Hands-on SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA configuration and large ERP projects.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and testing practices.
• Ability to translate business needs into maintainable SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own SAP master data design and configuration across domains.
• Translate governance rules into scalable SAP configurations.
• Lead SIT/UAT, regression testing, and deployment readiness.
• Coordinate master data design across Supply Chain, Finance, Sales.
• Support cutover, go-live, and post go-live activities.
