CRH Americas Building Products seeks an experienced MDM Functional Lead to configure, test, and support SAP master data solutions for enterprise governance and SAP S/4HANA implementations.

The role partners with MDM architects, business process owners, and SAP teams to translate standards into scalable SAP configurations and to lead SIT/UAT, cutover planning, and go-live activities from a remote US location.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP master data experience including design or configuration.
• Experience supporting enterprise master data domains (Material, Business Partner, Customer, Finance).
• Hands-on SAP ECC/S/4HANA master data configuration and governance.

Responsabilités

• Own functional design and configuration for SAP master data.
• Translate governance requirements into scalable SAP configurations.
• Lead or support SIT/UAT, regression testing, and deployment readiness.
• Develop functional specs, process flows, and traceability to requirements.
• Support cutover planning and go-live activities.
• Coordinate with MDM Architect and cross-functional partners.
