Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced Masonry Project Manager / Estimator to oversee restoration projects in the Milwaukee area. You will develop detailed estimates, manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships from pre-construction through completion.

The ideal candidate has masonry restoration experience, strong cost estimation skills, and the ability to coordinate subcontractors, field crews, and vendors to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in construction project management and estimating.
• Cost estimating experience is required.
• Masonry/restoration experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organization and time-management.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates using subcontractor bids, quotes, historical pricing, and unit costs.
• Review project scopes to price labor, materials, and subcontractor work accurately.
• Prepare clear project breakdowns and present estimates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with office staff, field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Maintain accurate project records, budgets, schedules, and communications.
