Job summary

LVI Associates in Chicago is seeking a Masonry Project Manager to lead exterior restoration projects from award to closeout, coordinating with field teams and subcontractors on historic and commercial buildings. You will manage schedules, budgets, contracts, and client relationships while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in masonry/restoration/concrete repair.
• Ability to read architectural drawings, specifications, and restoration reports.
• Experience managing projects from $500K to $20M+.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Masonry Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple masonry and restoration projects simultaneously.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Coordinate field operations with superintendents, foremen, and trade partners.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals.
• Track project costs, change orders, and monthly forecasting.
• Lead project meetings with owners, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Procure materials and coordinate deliveries to job sites.
• Support estimating and pre-construction teams during project handoff.
• Manage project closeout documentation, punch lists, and final billing.

• Ability to read architectural drawings, specifications, and restoration reports.
• Knowledge of scheduling software and project management platforms.
• Experience preparing and negotiating change orders.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
