Job summary

Remote Raven is seeking a Change Management Specialist to identify, document, price, and manage changes to masonry contract scope through the project lifecycle. You will work with PMs, estimators, and field teams to ensure changes are properly captured and converted into approved change orders.

The ideal candidate has strong masonry knowledge, experience with change-order processes, and the ability to develop detailed pricing and documentation to protect the company's contractual rights while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, Accounting, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document changes affecting masonry scope and cost.
• Review drawings, addenda, RFIs, ASIs for changes.
• Maintain change-order log with supporting docs.
• Prepare change-order pricing including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate pricing with estimators and project managers for consistency.
• Support negotiation and closeout of changes.
