Role Description This full-time, on-site Masonry Estimator role is based in Tallahassee, FL. The Masonry Estimator will review plans and specifications, perform detailed quantity takeoffs, and prepare accurate budgets and bids for structural CMU, load-bearing block, reinforced masonry systems, and architectural brick and stone veneer. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing project documents, coordinating with project managers and field supervisors, and communicating with general contractors and owners regarding scope, clarifications, and changes. The role involves assessing constructability, identifying risks, and proposing value-engineering options that align with company standards for safety, quality, and schedule. The Masonry Estimator will maintain organized bid documentation, support preconstruction planning, and contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes and tools.
