Responsibilities

• Maintain and supervise a heavy, diversified caseload in Maryland.
• Communicate with clients regarding their matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; review/draft agreements.
• Communicate with opposing parties to resolve/settle claims.
• Perform legal research on contract and consumer law issues.
• Travel to in-court appearances when required.
