Qualifications

• Must be admitted to the Maryland bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm.
• Experience drafting pleadings and legal memoranda, with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a heavy and diversified caseload in Maryland.
• Communicate with clients regarding matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; review and draft agreements.
• Communicate with opposing parties to resolve/settle claims.
• Conduct legal research on contract and consumer law issues.
• Travel for in-court appearances as required.
