Job summary

Tinuiti is seeking a Commerce Operations Strategist to develop and execute strategies that grow our clients' marketplace businesses. You will own relationships with key clients, collaborate with internal teams, and drive success through brand presence, operational excellence, and retail relationship management.

The role requires 5-7 years in commerce account management, familiarity with Vendor Central, Seller Central, and Brand Registry, and a proven ability to analyze data and report insights.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in commerce account management roles with a proven track record of executing successful growth strategies.
• Familiarity with Vendor Central, Seller Central, and Brand Registry preferred.
• Amazon or agency experience preferred.
• Demonstrated fluent in retail math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow clients' marketplace businesses, measured by client growth metrics and marketplace performance.
• Own and support relationships with key clients and decision-makers, including C-Level teams, striving for Client Satisfaction and Retention targets.
• Integrate Tinuiti’s product and technology suite into commerce operations, focusing on scalability, growth, and efficiency.
• Analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights and drive marketing decisions, reporting to stakeholders.
