Job summary

Tinuiti is seeking a Senior Manager, Commerce Media to lead strategy and activation for a broad set of accounts. You will manage and develop a team of individual contributors, owning integrated planning across retail platforms and elevating client results through data-driven insights.

You’ll stay hands-on for major launches while coaching, standardizing practices, and embedding Tinuiti’s approach across client work. Remote-friendly role with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in commerce media / retail media / paid commerce.
• Experience leading teams (ICs and first-line managers) and coaching.
• Strong command of ROAS/ACoS, NTB, experimentation basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead commerce media strategy and activation across client accounts.
• Manage and develop a team of contributors and potential managers.
• Standardize planning, QA, pacing, and reporting across retail platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align with wider client strategy.
• Explain impact to clients with clear trade-offs and next steps.
• Drive data-driven decisions, hypotheses, and learning loops.
