Tinuiti is seeking a Director, Commerce to oversee strategy and execution across commerce media and marketplace dynamics. You’ll partner with client teams to drive growth, profitability, and measurable outcomes, while guiding cross‑functional teams to scale performance.

This 100% remote role requires deep expertise in commerce platforms, data‑driven decision making, and a track record of leading teams to client success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commerce/e‑commerce/retail media with measurable client outcomes.
• 5+ years leading teams (ICs and/or managers).
• Commerce platform familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, and similar ecosystems.
• Strong data interpretation, testing fundamentals, and analytics-driven decision making.
• Ability to partner with Client Partners, Creative, Analytics, and other channels.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage senior client relationships as the commerce lead; align strategies to goals.
• Drive growth, retention, and profitability for commerce clients across accounts.
• Champion Tinuiti’s product and technology suite within delivery and cross‑functionally.
• Embed scalable workflows, reduce manual work, and improve QA across teams.
• Provide clear communications, risk guidance, and stakeholder updates.
