Job summary

Tinuiti is hiring a Commerce Operations Senior Strategist to lead strategies growing clients' marketplace businesses and drive outcomes through data-driven insights.

You will build relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C-Level partners, and work across Amazon partnerships to achieve growth and profitability targets. The role is fully remote in the United States with a focus on strategic execution and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in commerce account management roles with a proven track record of executing growth strategies.
• Familiarity with Vendor Central, Seller Central, and Brand Registry preferred.
• Experienced in client-facing roles. Amazon or agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow clients' marketplace businesses, measured by client growth metrics and marketplace performance.
• Build and foster relationships with key client contacts and decision-makers, including C-Level teams, striving for high client satisfaction and retention.
• Drive success through the three pillars of Commerce Operations: brand presence, operational excellence, and retail relationship management.
• Manage and grow relationships with Amazon partners, aligning with client goals.
• Integrate Tinuiti’s product and technology suite into commerce operations for scalability and efficiency.
• Analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights and guide marketing decisions.
