Job summary

Tinuiti in the United States is seeking a Director, Commerce to lead strategy and execution across commerce media and marketplace dynamics. This role is remote and requires you to partner with client teams and cross-functional colleagues to deliver outcomes.

You will set standards for craft, testing, and measurement, champion Tinuiti’s product and technology stack, and build a strong bench of talent as the commerce landscape evolves.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in commerce/e-commerce/retail media roles.
• 5+ years of leadership managing teams (ICs and/or managers).
• Deep expertise in commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Criteo) and marketplace dynamics.
• Strong data analytics and measurement discipline with client impact.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategy and execution across commerce media and marketplace dynamics.
• Lead senior client touchpoints and executive presentations aligned to goals.
