Tinuiti is a fully remote role seeking a senior commerce media leader with 7–10+ years of experience to guide cross‑account growth across retail media programs (Amazon, Walmart and beyond). You will lead and develop teams, standardize Tinuiti Way, and own collaboration across client accounts to deliver measurable growth while reducing waste.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in commerce media / retail media / paid commerce, including meaningful experience across major retail media ecosystems (e.g., Amazon and/or Walmart plus others).
• Proven experience leading and developing teams (ICs and potentially first‑line managers), including performance management, QA oversight, and capability building.
• Strong command of commerce media optimization and measurement concepts (ROAS/ACoS, NTB where available, incrementality concepts, experimentation basics, retail seasonality/event dynamics).
• Demonstrated ability to standardize ways of working across multiple accounts and maintain high quality under changing priorities.
• Strong communication and executive-ready storytelling skills; able to translate complex performance drivers into clear actions and expectations for clients and internal leadership.

• Review and elevate client-facing outputs across your slice with defensible, consistent work.
• Lead hiring and talent evaluation: interview, define role-ready skill expectations, and promotions.
• Promote cross-training to build bench strength; partner with Talent Development and senior leaders.
• Own integrated commerce media planning and execution across client accounts.
• Lead or co-lead commerce media portions of senior client touchpoints.
• Ensure commerce media connects to full-funnel plans with cross-channel coordination.
• Standardize Tinuiti Way: planning, execution, and reporting across retail media.
• Own implementation of Commerce Media Tinuiti Way; coaching for platform roles.
• Create collaboration cadence across teams to avoid silos.
• Drive team proficiency in Tinuiti tools and core commerce platforms; use automation and AI where appropriate.
• Sponsor reusable templates and workflows to reduce manual work.
• Collect structured feedback from the field and route to senior leadership and product/ops.
• Data & Measurement: diagnose drivers, surface trade-offs, and propose actions.
• Set expectations for testing rigor and learning loops.
• Oversee measurement alignment and learnings roll back into next cycles.
