Job summary

Tinuiti, the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency in the U.S., seeks a Senior Manager, Commerce Media to lead strategy and activation for a broad portfolio of accounts. You’ll stay hands‑on on launches and complex troubleshooting while mentoring a team of ICs and managers to raise the craft across planning, testing, and measurement.

You’ll own integrated commerce media across channels (Amazon, Walmart, etc.), align with broader full‑funnel plans, and drive scalable processes,

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in commerce media / retail media / paid commerce.
• Experience leading and developing teams (ICs and first‑line managers).
• Strong command of ROAS/ACoS, NTB, and experimentation basics.
• Excellent communication and executive‑ready storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead commerce media strategy and activation across client accounts.
• Coach and review outputs; participate in hiring and talent development.
• Standardize planning, QA, and reporting across teams.
• Drive cross‑channel integration with broader client strategy (Search, Social, TV, CRM).
• Own Tinuiti Way implementation and adoption of templates and playbooks.
