Job summary

Advocate Health in the United States seeks a Technology Strategy leader to define and own the enterprise marketing technology strategy and multi-year roadmap, aligned to consumer experience goals and enterprise architecture.

You will lead a team of domain experts, govern platform investments, and partner across IT, Security, Privacy, and Procurement to ensure secure, scalable solutions that deliver on privacy and governance commitments.

Qualifications

• Relevant platform or domain certifications preferred (e.g., Salesforce, data governance, privacy, marketing technology).
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, technology management, marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years preferred experience in marketing technology, consumer data, CRM, digital experience or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of experience managing others.
• Has demonstrated knowledge and experience with marketing operations planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise marketing technology strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Enforce marketing technology architecture, design, and governance across the marketing ecosystem.
• Lead and develop a team of domain experts across solution design, platform strategy, and tools.
• Evaluate and prioritize platform investments balancing innovation, risk, cost, and long-term sustainability.
• Provide executive guidance on technology tradeoffs, sequencing, and investments.
