Job summary

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is seeking a Marketing Technology (Sr.) Manager to lead strategy, management, and optimization of the firm's marketing technology ecosystem, including CRM, email marketing, CMS, analytics, and related platforms. The role reports to the Director of Marketing within Marketing & Business Development.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with 6+ years in marketing technology or related roles, and be able to translate business needs into technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; certifications in marketing, technology, data, or communications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a marketing technology roadmap.
• Own core marketing technology platforms and oversee administration.
• Lead CRM strategy, data governance, and reporting.
• Manage marketing technology projects from requirements to rollout.
• Oversee vendor relationships and budgets.
