HR Acuity LLC is seeking a strategic and hands-on Customer Marketing & Advocacy Manager to deepen customer relationships, drive engagement, and amplify customer voices. This role reports to the CMO and owns the customer marketing function within a lean team.

The position splits focus between customer marketing programs and advocacy, requiring a proven track record in B2B SaaS, ARR growth, and reference activation, with remote work from the US across MST, EST, or CST time zones.

Competenze

• 8+ years of total marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a dedicated customer marketing and advocacy role in B2B SaaS.
• Experience running ARR-influenced marketing programs with measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience building and managing a customer reference pool (reference calls, case studies, G2 reviews, advocacy).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

Mansioni

• Build and run customer marketing campaigns that drive ARR growth via expansion and upsell.
• Measure marketing-influenced ARR and pipeline from customer programs.
• Partner with Demand Gen and Thought Leadership to translate activity to the customer side.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on customer communications for product releases.
• Synthesize NPS data and present insights to leadership.
• Coordinate with Customer Success and Account Management on enablement and product updates.
