Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Associate Director, Business Development & Marketing Operations to lead revenue operations and marketing process improvements for a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. This remote role collaborates with senior leadership to shape the operating roadmap and scale the team.

You will oversee strategy and execution of revenue operations, optimize sales and marketing workflows, drive change management, and establish governance for transparent resource planning

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales, marketing, or revenue operations with cross-functional leadership experience.
• 3+ years leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing operations and business process optimization.
• Proven experience managing Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field; Master's preferred.

• Develop the vision and roadmap for Revenue Operations in collaboration with senior leadership.
